In April of 2020 Josh inquired about the land my mother and I owned.  It only took a short time and he was able to come through with a great offer that we were very pleased with.  He answered all of our questions concerning the closing of the property and before we knew it everything was done. We can’t thank him and his firm enough for the honesty and professionalism they have. They are great people to work with!

The closing went amazingly easy! It took more time to get over there then it took for the closing itself. The closing agent was so accommodating and gracious. She helped put my husband at ease as he's very conscious of his limitations with Parkinsons. She was so helpful with everything. We couldn't have asked for a better closing. Lou and Josh were such amazing gentlemen! They even called us after the closing to see how we were doing.

Thanks again Josh for EVERYTHING! With all the responsibilities and uncertainties I have on my plate at 73, the Golden Gate property is no longer one of them.  A loose end tied up!
